A fixer upper that is very livable as is. I have to relocate due to family issues and am just looking to get out from under the debt. The 17K price tag pays off what I owe on the house and I virtually walk away with nothing. I should be out by October 1. Other than some basic painting and replacing some siding, the garage is where most of the work needs to be done. One window in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. I have the windows and will be leaving them with the house. Another set of windows in the front could stand to be replaced. I will also be leaving two light fixtures, a new kitchen sink with the faucets, and a new shower head if I don't find the time to replace those myself before I go. I may also leave a refridgerator, cook stove, and dining room table and chairs if you want them. Windows in the kitchen and another set in the master bedroom are new, electrical work has been done on the house in the last six years, plumbing in the last three, and a new roof put on four years ago. Some painting and floor tiles and been put in on the inside. The back yard was a mess when I moved in and has been cleaned up. That is where most of the money and time has gone. The house is in a good neighborhood, near the elementary school and close to downtown.
