Rented January through May. Available June 2020, 30 night minimum. Right in the middle of everything, this location is amazing!! Your parking space is right in front of your door, but around here you don't really need a car and 2 guest bicycles are available for your use. You can walk to downtown, two blocks away, or just half a mile to the beach. You can also just walk out your backdoor to enjoy a beautiful, fenced garden. Help yourself to some of the delicious tropical fruits growing here. Maybe you don't want to go anywhere at all? This apartment is designed with your comfort in mind! It's small but bright, with a surprisingly roomy feel. Tucked under a large shade tree, it stays cool even on the hottest days and this queen size bed is a fluffy dream! Private bathroom has charming 1950's pink tile and a step-in tub/shower setup. Please note, the unit is half of a duplex. Owner lives on site, so if the property needs any attention I'm right here to help! Also note, the laundry is just inside the back door curtained off from the rest of the unit.
