Nice home in a nice area. Al and Ann are the best neighbors always coming around to visit the kids and let us borrow tools or mower when needed. Remodeled kitchen with large kitchen and living room areas. Plenty of space with a huge balcony. Renter is responsible for electric and water bill and trash. Electric ranges from 100-250 or more depending on ac or heat use number set too. Water bill usually sits under 40-50 dollars a month. Trash is 34-36 dollars a month. External garage will be rented But we will have one car garage attached we will let you use. We will be using the other car attached garage for storage when it's being rented. Only dogs allowed and must have shot records and pay pet fees to bring into the house. No cats allowed. Since I am allergic to them. Any other animals must be approved first before bringing into the house.
