Looking for someone to take over my roommate's lease starting August 1, 2026. Rent is $910 total, so per room it is $455. Single private room in a secluded nature filled area in Iowa City. Hardwood floors in bedroom. Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen with other tenant. It's about a 5 minute drive from downtown. Garage is included in rent and the only utilities we are responsible for are electric and internet (~65 per person monthly). Coin laundry in building. Apartment is no smoking but smoking on property is fine. Applicant would have to apply with a $25 fee and be able to provide proof of reasonable income. 1 year lease from August 2026 through July 2027.
