This is a wonderful little community. The trailer park is within walking distance of the grade school, park, post office, grocery store, and several churches. There is an application process with a $50 fee for that once approved the deposit is $500 and rent is $900. They have washer and dryer hook ups. Pets are welcomed with no additional fees
