The is large wood shed and parking for 2-4. We are looking for a year lease and long term rental. The rent is $1800 with first, last and security depot. The total move in cost are $5400. The water and sewer are included in the rent, but propane, electric, landscaping, snow removal are the renters responsibly. Two notes: This home shares a driveway.
