Great home for nearly nothing, as long as your not looking too deep into the structure. The addition was built by a 4y/o. The walls are straight paneling with no drywall behind them, so the insulation is of very little use; 90% of the windows don't open (painted shut). The addition is nearly bare concrete floors, covered in very thin carpet. The 3/4 bath that was added in with it is, mind-bogglingly, poorly built.
