This home is incorrectly listed as a 2014 sale price of $187.5K. That was exactly half of the actual price of $375K. This was a partial inheritance with a cash payment for 1/2 price; that is why the City shows only the cash paid price...the rest was book-keeping on the Trust. I have no immediate plans to sell.
