The Historic appeal of the Pope-Mustard Mansion dates back to 1768 when the original structure was sold by William Penn to his nephew, William Green. Samuel Ball built the original structure on one thousand acres. It was two stories tall, w/an A shaped roof and featured Flemish-bond brick wide, square chimney tops.
