This means, you can stop by anytime for a tour 7 days a week 8am to 8pm eastern standard time. Baseline requirements. All of our property owners require the following: 660+ credit score. You cannot have any foreclosures, bankruptcies, charge-offs, evictions, open collections, recent late payments or a criminal record. We will pull credit on all applicants and these baseline requirements would apply to all applicants. Income requirements: We need to verify via paystub or other form of documentation a net income of 3x the rental rate. For example, if the rental rate is $2,000 per month, we'd require a net monthly take home pay of $6,000 per month. If you meet the above requirements, have toured the property and want to move forward, we'd be happy to send a link to a formal application. Please understand, we like to cover these baseline requirements ahead of time because there is a $30 charge to pull credit, run the background check and otherwise complete the application process.
