I bought this duplex April 26th 2018 was closing, not renting it out though ever I like having two of everything I've got new gutters and some new windows and one bathroom remodel so far, fixing up the rest of the house as soon as possible but me and my family plan on living here the rest of our lives I'm passing it down 2 family after that
