TINY HOUSE TO BE MOVED. This house would make an amazing camp, Air BNB, or starter home! The entire exterior is freshly stained with brand new porch planks and decorative porch posts. The darker colored side panels are new boards that took the stain differently than the older boards. It’s got a lower living area of 140 sq/ft with a loft big enough for a king size mattress and then some. There’s also a 15 sq/ft storage loft over the front door. The kitchen has a full sink, a full size oven, ample shelving and under-counter storage. The bathroom has a full size toilet and small but adequate shower. The 2.5 gallon water heater heats up quick and is perfect for a quick shower. Water connection is the same as a garden hose and electric is a 30 ft 220V RV plug in. Sewage is a 3 inch pipe that could easily to converted to an RV style sewage connection. This thing is HEAVY. It could be pulled by a 3/4 ton pickup but definitely recommend a 1 ton.
