It's located less than a minute from the loop, and it's less than 3 miles from campus. The other guys in the house are super laid back, and it's a great situation. I have an internship in St. Simon's Island, so the earlier I can sublease this room out, the earlier I can leave.Rent is $320 and utilities typically run $80, so the room costs about $400/month total. I'm subleasing my room from as soon as March, and the lease runs through the end of July.
