A deli is only a 2-minute walk away; Whole Foods, CVS and PPC grocery stores are an easy 15-minute walk. Lake Union is open to you for paddle-boarding, a dinghy ride, or other aquatic activities, year-'round. The marina is directly on the #40 Metro bus line, and on the Westlake bike lane, so it is only minutes to either downtown Seattle or Fremont. The owner lives in the same marina and can attend to any problem immediately. Annual lease preferred, Last month payable monthly rather than upfront.
