WiFi is included (tenant pays for WiFi as part of electric bill) Electric will be prorated for duration of stay Owner pays for water and trash service. Electric and Wi-Fi are prorated by month and are paid by the renter. Cleaning fee of $450. This is a monthly rental for traveling professionals usually for a 1-3 month term. If a longer term rental is needed, we can discuss an extended stay beyond 3 months. No smoking in doors. Tenant is responsible for bringing the trash can up to the street on service day (Thursdays).
