There is always parking on the street, if you own a car. Laundromat is two blocks away. 2 min to bus station on Steinway or 5 min to bus station on Ditmars. 15 min to subway station on 31st street. Commute to Manhattan is about 35 min. Citibike around the corner. There is no broker fee. The rent is $1,000 per month. Gas and electric are shared by roommates. No smoking allowed.
