Relax. Unwind. Honey Time. Rent Due Date: Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Late Fees: A $50 late fee applies if rent is not received within 3 days of the due date. Pets: No pets allowed without written approval from the landlord and a signed Pet Addendum. If approved, a $100 non-refundable pet fee and $25/month pet rent apply. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee for the first offense and $500 for each additional offense. Service animals are exempt with proper documentation. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
