You'll be walking distance from restaurants, bars, a popsicle stand for the hot summer days, and a cute little bakery. Visit the Milwaukee County Zoo, Bradford Beach, kayak the Milwaukee River, or check out the Milwaukee Art Museum. Make sure to stop by the Wisconsin State Fair in the summer! Owner pays all utilities. You will have to sign up for a monthly parking pass on the city of West Allis website, which I can provide to you. It is quick and easy to fill out and we will reimburse you per month, up to two cars. Please park on the side of the street according to the date of the current month. For example, if it is the 1st of the month, please park on the side of the street with the odd numbers. If it's the 2nd, please park on the even side. It rotates daily.
