On a little over 3 acres (it is on 5 acres, but is shared with a cabin, that has its own fenced area, address and driveway). there is a third bedrooms that does not have a closet, and could be used as an office, or...? We updated the manufactured home about 5 years ago with new black and stainless appliances, hickory cabinets, new counters, vanities, pergo flooring, brushed nickel fixtures, a ceiling fan and more. It is an open floor plan between living room dining and kitchen. There are hook ups for washer dryer, but you need to bring your own. The house is on a well and septic, renter is responsible for paying utilities beyond that. Heating is forced air and wood stove. There is a wood stove, covered patio, hand pump on the well and a rough horse stall area (our previous renters stored wood etc there). You could fix up the stalls a little and potentially have horses or goats. There is a large mostly fenced area in front of home, but yard is not fenced. There is no garage. The outside of the home needs someone to love it and we would like to find someone who enjoys being out doors. No smoking. No in door pets at all. No cats, birds, ferrets etc... You could have a horse on the property, but might need to do some work to make it ideal for one. We require a one year lease, first plus refundable security fee($1400), employment verification rental references and credit/background check for each adult- non refundable.
