Recently renovated old school Missoula home in the heart of town near the Good Food Store. This home has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. The upstairs has a loft type feel with a full bath and many windows. It also has some closet space with built in wood drawers. The downstairs bedroom has a detached bath on the main floor near the kitchen. It has a breakfast nook / at home workspace near the kitchen and the laundry hookups are near the back door on the main level. This house has all wood finishes with brown concrete counter tops. We are currently in the process of putting in all new landscape and a new fence, this will be completed in the spring! This home also has a new A/C unit, furnace and water heater. We are looking for responsible, reliable tenants with good references/credit. We love dogs and are fine with up to two well trained dogs ($25 per dog per month). Unfortunately we do not allow dogs under the age of two years old or cats. All dogs are required to show proof of vaccinations for everyone's safety. Our ideal move in date would be March 15th.
