The property is close to gas stations, grocery stores, and close to Riverdale Road with all of the shops and restaurants. Owner lives on the other side of the duplex. This is a non-smoking duplex. Tenant will pay their own lights and gas. You must put it in your name. Anyone living in the duplex over 18 must pass a background check at your expense. You may do so at the Roy city offices.
