Looking for someone to take over my lease from late May-June 1st until 10/31/17. You will be able to renew the lease for a 1 year term afterwards. You would be completely taking over the lease, by going through the application process etc. The unit is on the ground floor in the corner of the building. The building is very quiet with friendly neighbors. There is a nice patio area with view on grass and trees. There are two large sliding door windows in the living room and one large sliding door window in the main bedroom. The second bedroom also has a window from the roof to the floor so there is a lot of natural light throughout the apartment. Rent is 954$ a month plus a fixed 30$ charge for water and sewer. Kitchen has all appliances. I will also be selling a lot of furniture cheaply should you be interested. Free bed or dinning room table should you take over the lease and be interested. Tenant will be responsible for gas & electric. Trash/sewer & water are 30$ / month.
