There are lots of unique touches such as a Dutch door into the laundry room, a custom designed pantry, a craft room with gray cork floors that could easily be used for a bedroom, and upstairs loft with seating and TV for a second living area. This house backs to a green space and although we live close to our neighbors it truly feels so private. The backyard was professionally landscaped and includes a fountain and patio and fencing.
