This queer friendly farmhouse is located off a dirt road in north Boulder on 1.5 acres of land. We're 15 minutes from downtown, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of things. We have 4 rooms in the house and 1 studio above the garage, so 5 people total share the space. We are looking to fill both basement rooms by August 1 (but flexible on movin-in sooner) The house is bright, light, and has old farmhouse charm with a lovely patio! Since we are out of town a ways we run on well water and propane but we have two wood burning stoves that add a delightful charm to the colder days. Hannah (32yo, nonbinary) Brennan (27yo, M) and Sara (26yo, nonbinary) occupy the property at the moment. Brennan lives in the garage studio and Hannah and I live in the upstairs bedrooms. I have one dogs and Hannah has two, all of which get along great and are low energy in the house. The basement rooms are $860/mo + utilities ($550 deposit) There is a living space in the basement along with the two bedrooms, a fireplace and bathroom is also down there, as well as the laundry room. We value respect, kindness and positive communication, and we all do our part to keep shared spaces tidy. We enjoy the outdoors: climbing, biking, running, scrambling as well as enjoy our peaceful down time or the occasional shared time with friends Additional perks: washer and dryer on-site, plenty of secure parking, strong internet and a beautiful outdoor space.
