This lease ends 7/31/2026, with the possibility of lease renewal for the next academic year. We are about a 15-minute bike ride from campus and a 5-10 minute drive from both Save Mart and Grocery Outlet. Rent: $825 (all included + wifi) Everyone in the house is a PhD student.
