This lease ends 7/31/2026, with the possibility of lease renewal for the next academic year. The house is 4br/2ba located along the green belt near the intersection of F Street and Covell in North/Central Davis. We are about a 15-minute bike ride from campus and a 5-10 minute drive from both Save Mart and Grocery Outlet. Rent: $825 (all included + wifi) Everyone in the house is a PhD student. We like to cook and share our food, so if you'd like to do meals communally, we can definitely discuss further, but if not, no pressure.
