    The charm and this house is amazing. Everywhere they could put built-in storage and cabinets they did, at the time the house was built. The home sits on the corner and is immaculately taken care of from the flowerbeds to the tall trees. Enter the home through the breezeway to the left is the Garage with the split door to to the backyard and alley access. Couple stairs up to the right and you enter the open kitchen with large room for a table. Then into the living room with the beautiful fireplace that has been converted to gas. Original retro bathroom with tub shower combo. And two bedrooms share the main level of the house. Downstairs there's a room that was used as a bedroom but does not have actual egress. At one time there was an apartment downstairs remnants are still there. Water heater, furnace, laundry are in basement with a large family room.. One cool thing about this is the basement ceilings are high so remodeling will work great. There is so much to mention but a quick favorite of mine is the 2 built in ironing boards with the sleeve shelves. You gotta -just gotta see this one.
