My tenants will be out of the house by March 31, 2026. The house will be available after we clean and get things ready for a new tenant. We've replaced the roof, changed the entire plumbing system, and put in new carpet. The house is in friendly neighborhood. The house has 2 levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area and good sized living room. There is a beautiful master bedroom that has views towards the mountain. There are also 2 small bedrooms on this leverl. On the lower level we have 2 bedrooms. The rooms are great for storage or for a living space. The front yard is spacious and has 2 rose bushes. The garage is a 2 car garage. There are a few things you'll want to know about keeping the property up. Wewould don't have a lawn mowing service so you would be required to keep the lawn mowed and over see the watering system. We have automatic watering. We don't allow pets, trampolines or swimming pools. We want to keep the property clean so we are pretty firm on no pers. Must fill out credit report and application to be considered.
