Its in a luxury doorman building with a full service gym (pool, classes, spin classes, etc.), roof deck and party room (you must be a member to use facilities). The building is 1 block from the 6 train, and on the Third Ave side so no disruptions from the new subway construction. The doormen are 24/7 and very friendly. There is also someone staffed in the mail room to receive and hold packages. There is dry cleaning and maid service in the building. our neighbors are great. There is a sizeable laundry facility in the basement so having to wait for a machine is rare. The kitchen has a dishwasher among other standard appliances. Lastly, the building is pet friendly and most dog breeds are allowed. Available June 1st.
