    If you want views, Ponderosa Pines, Pinions all on a level lot this is it! The property has been fire mitigated for enhanced protection from possible fires. The ground level views are very good but the views from a 2nd floor are as good as it gets, to all directions. Fisher Canyon South is an active subdivision with paved roads all underground utilities and a moderate annual HOA fee. The photos say it all. There is a ladder to climb to check out the 2nd story views. The north property line fronts on to a large ranch property, there is a small amount that touches Ouray Co. Rd 1a, very rarely used but could be a great 2nd escape road in case there are issues and/or problems getting out on Fisher Canyon Dr. Several of the photos were taken from the viewing stand. Access is all on paved roads, all utilities are underground. Easy and quick drive to Montrose. Montrose has one of the best regional airports in Colorado. Less than an hour to Telluride, less than half hour to Ouray and even quicker to Ridgway and Ridgway Reservoir. This property is close to any and all outside sports.
