Looking for someone to take over our lease at Colonial Grand at Hammocks on Whitemarsh Island. It is on the ground unit. Amenities include gated community, pool, tennis court, dog park, car washing station, and gym. The unit has a screened in porch and includes all appliances and washer and dryer. The current lease term is through July 30, 2016 and can be extended if you wish to stay past then. All of our move in fees and deposit will transfer to the next tenant- so no upfront costs:) only a $60 application fee through the complex. Cable, trash, and pest paid through apartment complex- additional $65. Water paid through complex based on usage- roughly $40/month. Gas averages $40/month. Electric averages $80/month.
