Located very close to grocery shopping and easy access to I-40. House is 10 minutes to Black Mountain, 20 minutes to Biltmore Estate and 15 minutes to downtown Asheville in a great quiet neighborhood. Rent is $2200 for a month rental..... January 15th to February 15th. Or less time will be cheaper if you only want a couple weeks!! Will consider shorter term. No smoking inside house, owner pays all utilities, smaller dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit of $100 per dog and 2 dog max. (please let owner know if you have a larger dog and this can be discussed) $200 cleaning fee at the end of stay and $1000 fully refundable deposit if not damage. House has a long driveway and can park 6 to 8 cars.
