Current tenant moves out on July 9th, 2021. My handyman probably will update the two bathroom vanities right after. Don't know when he can fit in the schedule. House will be open for showing this Saturday (June 12) and Sunday (June 13) between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Utilities are extra. You have to cut the grass yourself. I do have a lawn mover in the house.
