We live in a 1800 sqft 3 bedroom duplex w/ central air on the top of a 5 floor walk up. The house is Wi-fi enabled (no need to steal the neighbors wi-fi). We have a 60 inch flat screen in the living room for communal use. The building is part of new(ish) 5 building complex with private (for the complex) laundry facilities and a central courtyard (everyone in the building is around the 20-30s age range). The building is literally a half a block from the Montrose Avenue L train subway stop (great in weather like this!) and 15 minutes to midtown during rush hour and 30 minutes from JFK and Laguardia airports. We have a ton of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The apartment itself has its own large 378 sqft (27x14) private roof deck for our apartment only, which is absolutely amazing in the spring and summer and fall. We are dog and cat friendly. We are one male consultant, one female comedian, one female student) who work partially from home with two cats and a dog. We are clean (not fanatically so). We rarely party, maybe the occasional dinner party and weekend BBQ party, but thats about it. We are looking for a fun and friendly responsible professional (male or female doesnt matter). Someone whose payment priorities are in this order 1)Rent, 2)Food, 3)Bills, 4)Fun. We are also open to short term if thats what you need.
