The 2 car garage has extra storage space inside and the home has an included alarm system. The living room is open and inviting with a beehive fireplace (not for use) with beautiful wood floors and high ceilings. The wood floor can be found throughout the home other than the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Outside is a very nice backyard with lots of lush foliage. If pets are allowed and approved, there is a $25.00 monthly pet fee per pet, plus a $150 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Pets are subject to owner approval. Sorry, no pets allowed. For REDUCED move-in costs, tenant may choose to pay a non-refundable monthly fee of $43, in lieu of paying the security deposit. If this program is selected, Tenant remains responsible for any damage at the end of the lease term and the sum of the monthly fees will not be credited to any damage amount.
