Nice home with 3 stall oversized garage. Just a short 15 minute drive to Brookings. The house has a very large living room with a gas fireplace. It gets so cozy in there with the fireplace going! There is a small 1/2 bath and laundry room right off the kitchen. There are 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs with a huge bathroom! The basement is not finished, but a good place to store some stuff that you don't need everyday. It would be a great place for a family! The small town of White is a very quiet and nice community. You won't find better neighbors around you either! They are the nicest folks to have around you! The house is undergoing some renovations, so it might look slightly different than the pictures. I am adding a fourth bedroom. So that will make two bedrooms on the mail level and two upstairs. Please feel free to ask questions about anything. I am glad to answer them! Renter pays for all utilities and internet. Pets are allowed, but cleaning will be at the cost of the renter. Year long rental agreement and contract will be signed by both parties.
