Single bedroom located in a five bedroom apartment with a large common area, breakfast nook, coin washer and dryer, two bathrooms, a communal kitchen, with two different entrances/exits. The room is located just one block away from the Youngstown University campus as well as a few different local restaurants and is also adjacent to a large park (Wick Park). There is also a large parking lot for all tenants. There will be a $50 utilities fee with a pet rent of $25 a month. All renters need to have renters insurance. All my apartments are smoke free with free parking in our parking area.
