Our building is made up of only four units that are much more like homes than apartments. Each unit comes with all of the appliances including a washer and dryer. This two bedroom unit is approximately 1,100 sq ft. We do not allow pets or smoking. There are cheery wood cabinets with adjustable shelving. Also some tile and wood floors along with 2" wood blinds. Owner pays for trash, water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for electricity, phone and cable.
