Back patio was tripled in size last summer, new concrete patio and sidewalk to back of house. Storm shelter in garage flush to ground. Extra insulation blown in for LOW utility bills. Added a electic and gasline to back patio in case you wanted to build fireplace and/or install hottub etc. Neighborhood Description I have only lived here two years , the reason I am moving is that I am getting married and we are combining households. It was a tough decision to sell, but looking forward to all the good things on the horizon. The neighbors get out in the evening and walk with the kids and animals, generally very friendly. The HOA does Christmas lights at the entrances and keep all common areas mowed. I have had no complaints and hope the next owner enjoys it as much as I have.
