Cat or quiet well behaved dog allowed. 500 dollar pet deposit required if renter has a pet. Renter pays for utilities, landlord will pay for water. 1 months rent as security deposit required upon move in. Renter should be aware that due to the location of this property, inclement weather may lead to semi frequent power outages during the winter which can at times knock out cellular service. Road closures during inclement weather are fairly common so best if renter has flexibility as road closures due to trees falling can take time to clear. Renting as a month to month lease.
