The studio is spacious, is on 5th floor of an elevator building, and faces the courtyard so very quiet (can't hear traffic). The location is A+, on 13th/7th so 1 block away from A/C/E, 1/2/3, and BDFM subway stops. There is 24/7 laundry in the building and the super also lives on-site if you ever need their assistance.
