We are considering selling our recently renovated, furnished lake house. We love it, but haven’t been able to spend as much time enjoying it as we would like. We also could include a 2018 21 ft Bennington pontoon, with only 17 hours, for $239,000. The hot water tank, boiler heat, and well pump has been recently replaced. The septic was inspected and pumped in fall 2019. We have a few small projects left to complete (which will be done), but it is a great little lake house.
