If i do allow any pets, I will have to come once every couple months to install a new AC filter. ( because renters don't do this and clog my AC system with pet hair). Stanky and/or destructive pets are not allowed; any permission given will be revoked. Tenant must provide their own electricity, water, gas. Tenant must provide their own fridge, washer, and dryer.
