Looking for 1 tenant to live in the lower level of my duplex with me. It is a spacious 3 bedroom on the bottom unit but I was hoping to only have one person live there with me (that is why the rent is a little higher). The room that is for rent is 11' x 14' with a 3' x 5' walk in closet, hardwood floor. The bedroom is the only room not furnished. You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub and closet for whatever bathroom needs you have. The living room is spacious and has a lot of natural light with a large TV. I have 2 kitties who are super friendly. My schedule is very busy and I am out of the house most of the day and am usually only really around on the weekends. Potential tenant must be 420 friendly. Looking for someone to pay 750 a month in rent, you will have the place to yourself most of the time and I am very low key otherwise. I pay for the water so the only other fees would be $30 a month for wifi and splitting the electricity bill which is usually in the 100-200 range depending on the time of year. There is a garage parking space available for an additional $25 a month if you do not want it one of the upper tenants has requested it. I am not necessarily looking for someone to be there a year, I am open to a 6 month lease but I would be happy to have you sign a 1 year lease as well.
