I am moving and am looking for someone to assume the remainder of my lease, from now until 9/2/2018. This is not a sublet. You'd be applying with the leasing office and when you get the keys, it's totally yours, I'm out of the picture. I really love the apartment and I'm sad about leaving. It has huge walk-in closets. The maintenance crew is awesome and super fast at dealing with stuff. The heating and cooling are minimal even though it has good light. And it doesn't get any easier for moving in or carrying groceries than being on the ground floor. Tenant pays gas, water, and electric.
