We ask for 2 current paystubs and a photo ID from all people interested. Renter pays for gas and electricity. Hardwood floors upstairs and new carpet (only 1.5 years old) downstairs. The building is a non-smoking building. Only 6 units in this building, and everyone is wonderful. We're a tight-nit community and look out for each other. This is a great place to live!
