Our kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, new stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, soda stream, instant pot, kitchenaid mixer, and likely everything you need (except a microwave but our induction cooktop makes very quick work of heating up leftovers). There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. In the living room you can enjoy the 65 inch TV, record player and record collection and we have board games, fast WiFi, and a brand new HVAC system with a Nest thermostat. The first bedroom with a half bath attached has a King size bed, and ample closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and a desk/workspace with a monitor, speakers, and plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house and has a queen size bed as well as a full wall of wardrobes and a desk and 43" frame TV. Our neighborhood is very sweet, quiet, and full of families. It is a loop with little traffic and the newly paved roads are great for walking, biking, etc. The carport and driveway can fit up to four cars. Our neighborhood is also on the Municipal Golf Course which has free putting and chipping practice greens that you can use any time. There is a boat launch a quarter mile away in Riverland Terrace, Jame's Island's oldest neighborhood. It is walking distance to a boutique movie theater, restaurants such as Crust, Bar George, Miller's All Day, and a music venue called the Pour House. It is just an 8 mile drive to Folly beach for summer beach days and 4 miles to Downtown Charleston. This is truly one of the best locations in the Charleston area to spend a couple of months. You have full access to the home outside of one room locked with our personal belongings that is not included in the listing's (3) bedrooms.
