What is the FIRST LOOK LIST?Over the past 11 years I've built relationships with lenders and builders, flippers and investors. One company, in addition to doing loans, has a fund that they use to buy and flip properties. The list gets updated weekly and currently there are 24 single family homes on this list. These homes vary in price but usually range from the low $200,000's into the $700,000's. The homes are in San Diego County and some parts of Orange County. Right now there's homes available in: Carlsbad, Escondido, San Ysidro, Escondido, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Mission Viejo, San Marcos, Laguna Niguel, La Mesa, Spring Valley, Santa Ana, Laguna Hills, and Bonita. More inventory is added weekly to our First Look List. These are available to purchase "As-Is" without any repairs done OR you can get on my list and as soon as it's rehabbed it's added to the MLS and you can be the first one to see it. This is a great strategy for a buyer who's constantly losing out to other buyers when our inventory is so low.
