My house is near the end of a dead-end street at the bottom of Round Top. It is very quiet here and a great neighborhood, full of trees and greenery and the sound of bird songs. Rent includes water & electricity. After initial one-year lease, there is an option to continue on a month-to-month basis. This rental is only for one person. Looking for someone who is very responsible, clean, quiet, and pays the rent on time; please ONLY reply if these qualities REALLY describe you.
