First of all the home is located in floral lakes 55 plus community. It is a very well built two bedroom two bath home with a nice size Florida room with Windows all around built onto the back a facing the water have a very nice little lake. The flooring has all been updated to a nice laminate throughout most of the home there is some ceramic tile in the utility room in the bathrooms. The living room dining room and kitchen are all in one open area located very nicely. The screen room comes off the back of the living room through sliding glass doors and there is a door leading out the back of the screen room to the backyard to the view of the lake. There is a double carport on the home with an adjoining small utilities shed there are many flowers and plants surrounding the home. There are also some fruit trees and an avocado tree growing. There's a small doc that a kayak is attached to in the back. It is a very active 55 plus community with a very nice clubhouse with lots of activities going on and a very nice heated large pool at the back of the clubhouse. There's also a boat ramp that you can launch a boat down into the lake right behind the clubhouse. The HOA fee for the past 4 years that I have lived here has been only $65 a month. I understand it does not go up very often and not very much when it does. Those kind of HOA dues in Florida for 55 plus communities almost don't EXIST.In this community you own the home and the land it sits on,and MONTHLY HOA FEE is therefore controlled by the home owners assn., which is made up of actual homeowners.I would estimate about 40% are year-round owners and 60%, just spend the winter. Lots of safe road ways throughout the park to ride your bicycle. Very well watched and safe community.
