There is a window unit in the living room that can be run sparingly, but usually we rough it lol fans are ok. You get one driveway space per room. Kitchen and living room is shared. Bath is shared with the other people and guests in the home. One person per room. May be open to family rental. One room is occupied by myself, owner, 33/m professional who enjoys cooking I also like watching movies and practicing music. I'm respectful and honor quiet hours. I'm very easy going and enjoy having family over every once in a while on weekends. Other room is occupied by a 23/M who is really low-key and friendly. NO drugs or heavy alcohol consumption. Smoking ok outside. No indoor smoking. Utilities included. One parking space in driveway. Shared bathroom and common area. No smoking indoors. Out front ok. Each room gets one driveway space.
